Reception . . . and Beyond
We are a bustling boutique law firm, practicing mainly in the areas of Family Law, Wills and Estates, and Real Estate Conveyancing. We need a person to operate the helm. This person will need to be dynamic, articulate, motivated, and a self-starter. You will have standard reception duties, including greeting clients, booking appointments, answering phones, conflict checks, couriering, and dealing with the mail. However, there are many other duties; ordering office supplies, opening and closing files, invoicing, keeping photocopier loaded, ensuring packages and documents are picked up by clients, keeping back room tidy, putting tabs away, and anything else you can think of that helps the ship run smoothly. It is not a position that can be defined completely as you, yourself, will be defining it, However, you are needed from Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. You will enjoy working here as the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. With that said, everyone is here to work. We offer extended benefits after three months.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
