What You’ll Be Doing:
- First Impressions Matter: Greet every customer like they’re family. Smile, say hi, and make them feel taken care of from the second they pull in.
- Do a Quick Once-Over: Check out the incoming vehicle, spot any obvious dings or issues, and let the service team know.
- Guide & Assist: Help customers connect with the right Service Advisor and answer basic questions with confidence.
- Get Hands-On: Replace headlight bulbs, wiper blades, and fix rock chips — real wrench time to build your skills.
- Move 'Em Like a Pro: Carefully handle customer vehicles, park ‘em like a boss (manual transmission? Huge bonus!).
- Team Vibes: Work closely with the techs and advisors — you’re a key part of the crew.
