CSA Transportation is currently looking to add experienced Material Handlers to our growing Calgary Team. Two shifts are available -
Shifts: Mon - Fri, 7:00am - 3:30pm (Possible Overtime) &
Mon - Fri, 11:00am - 7:30pm (Possible Overtime)
Responsibilities will include:
- Receiving inbounds and loading outbound
- Offloading incoming trailers and coordinate with local and long-distance drivers.
- Loading outbound trailers safely and efficiently
- Ability to move and manage freight efficiently and effectively, avoiding damages
- Ability to lift up to 50 LBS
- Maximizing outbound cubes
- Possess basic knowledge of trailer weight capacities
- Conduct forklift safety checks daily
- Safe forklift utilization at all times
- Reporting/ documenting any/all damages.
What we require from you:
- Minimum 2 years Operating Forklift
- Minimum 2 year of Warehouse Experience
- Cross Dock experience is an asset (LTL environment)
- Forklift License/certificate required
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
