Role: Waterproofers (various levels)
We are seeking waterproofing candidates for various levels including labourer, journeyman/lead hand, and foreman.
Summary: Implementing measures to prevent water from entering through walls, floors, roofs, and other vulnerable areas of a commercial building by applying membranes, coatings, and sealants using specialized techniques like torch-applied, self-adhesive, or liquid-applied methods.

Daily responsibilities:
- Have a strong understanding of waterproofing systems, above and below grade
- Experience with application methods including torch applied, hot applied (hot rubber), as well as a good understanding of commercial roofing installation
- Ensure and enforce compliance with laws, rules and regulations, especially in accordance to Health and Safety
- Moving materials and supplies to elevated work areas or rooftops
- Cleaning up debris and debris removal from heights
- Assisting with installation of building components at heights
- Performing basic maintenance and installations on elevated structures
- Foremen will lead an entire crew on a project, overseeing all aspects of the waterproofing work
Pay will be determined based on skill and experience level.
