Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right new or used vehicle
- Deliver professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Build trust using a consultative, non-confrontational sales approach
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and social media
- Follow up with prospects for repeat and referral business
- Stay current on inventory and product knowledge
- Attend sales meetings and training
What You Bring
- Experience in sales, customer service, or automotive sales (asset)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Outgoing, positive, and results-driven attitude
- Comfortable using social media
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Desire to build a long-term sales career
Requirements
- Valid New Brunswick driver’s license
- Clean driving abstract
- Criminal background check
