Job Summary
We are seeking 20 experienced professional spray, brush, and roller painters to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction painting, restoration, and industrial applications. This role involves applying paint and coatings to various surfaces with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality finishes for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and a solid understanding of schematics and blueprints. Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and masking as needed for painting projects
- Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, or rollers with attention to detail and quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate application
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during surface preparation and finishing
- Perform rigging tasks when necessary to access hard-to-reach areas or elevated surfaces
- Execute restoration work on existing structures, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal
- Maintain a clean work environment by properly storing tools and disposing of waste materials
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding progress or issues encountered during work
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction painting, industrial painting, or restoration projects
- Skilled in using spray equipment, brushes, rollers, hand tools, and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately
- Knowledge of residential and commercial painting techniques as well as caulking and surface preparation
- Familiarity with rigging procedures for elevated or hard-to-access areas
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client interactions
- Ability to work safely on construction sites while following all safety regulations
- Prior experience in carpentry or working with schematics is a plus but not required
