The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and delivering insight based marketing campaigns for The Mobile Shop and PC Mobile to drive brand awareness, equity, engagement, and sales support.

Lead the evolution of our new Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) strategy and execution to drive customer engagement and repeat purchase (email, SMS)
Support development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including: in store collateral, email, SMS, website, social, display, SEM, XM, etc.
Work closely with Product Management, Digital, Social Media, PR, teams to execute campaign and product launch projects
Lead in-store distribution process, manage inventory levels, ordering/shipment of materials, working with 3rd party distribution vendor and suppliers
Responsible for reviewing and finalizing marketing material Legal sign off
Conduct analysis of campaign / project management effectiveness and recommend optimization opportunities
Responsible for budget management for all marketing activities for TMS and PC Mobile
Responsible for day-to-day ad hoc needs of business
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing or related.
3-5 years in a related marketing role; experience in communications related to the wireless industry is an asset.
Conversational French is an asset.
Superior communication skills – a persuasive and articulate speaker, writer, and presenter.
High-energy, results-driven enthusiasm with the resilience and persistence to drive sustainable business success.
Capable of operating in a fast paced environment with the skills to complete projects within aggressive timelines and budget to achieve KPIs.
Ability to identify, diagnose and quickly remedy business questions/issues/complaints in a timely manner.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage expectations.
Resourceful and capable of working independently to solve programs.
