Deveraux Developments is seeking a General Foreperson to join our expanding team in Calgary. What you bring...
- Proven experience as construction foreman
-
High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc.)
-
Experience in multi-family wood frame construction is an asset
-
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building code and construction best practices

Familiarity with safe work procedures, safety regulations, valid first aid ticket an asset

Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
-
Strong ability to be proactive; and understand the importance of attention to detail and quality control
-
Problem solver with a can-do attitude

A Passion for construction
-
Procore software experience would be an asset
-
Ability to communicate and report effectively

Aptitude in math

Good physical condition and stamina

- Work with the project team to problem solve on site issues.
