CoLab is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join our team to make core design decisions, build sophisticated features and shape the future of the product. CoLab is a collaborative design review and issue tracking platform for engineering teams and their supply chains. Think Jira + the Pull Request process, but specifically built into 3D models for Mechanical Engineering teams. Our current focus is helping teams shorten design cycles, eliminate painful manual processes and tools (spreadsheets/slideshows) and catch issues before they become expensive changes. In the future we will become the Atlassian for Manufacturing and set the new standard for engineering collaboration.

Develop and implement user-facing frontend features from requirements.
Guide the technical design of frontend features and requirements.
Champion all aspects of the user’s experience, with a focus on clarity and speed.
Assist in growing our internal design system into a sustainable and useful ecosystem.
Participate in code reviews and help your team deliver high-quality software.
Optimize existing and new features for speed and scalability.
Contributing to company and product vision, ideation and planning.
Mentor and be an information source to junior developers.
Consistent track record of building and maintaining highly scalable products.
3+ years of professional, hands-on frontend development experience.
2+ years of professional, hands on React JS / React Native.
Proficient with JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
Experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, ESLint, Npm).
Experience with Git workflow (pull requests, code reviews).
Experience working on SaaS, large-scale distributed systems.
Competence in practical UX and design.
Understand the importance of writing testable and maintainable code.
Immaculate attention to detail.
