Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Automotive Shop Laborer to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be dependable, eager to learn, and capable of supporting our mechanics with various tasks around the shop. This role is essential in maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring quality service for our customers.
Duties
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning work areas and disposing of waste materials
- Assist with vehicle repairs, including basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as tire changes, oil replacements, and part installations
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues or safety hazards
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with automotive systems is preferred
- Prior mechanic experience or automotive repair knowledge is a plus but not required
- picking up and dropping off vehicles
- Must have a valid driver's license.
