Job Description: Role Descriptions:
- "Lead large-scale banking and insurance technology programs| delivering multi-project initiatives across regulatory| digital| and infrastructure domains with full accountability for scope| schedule| budget| and quality.
- Drive regulatory and compliance programs (AML| FATCA| CCPA| OSFI| Basel)| ensuring alignment with risk| security| audit| and governance standards.
- Manage cross functional| multi-vendor| and globally distributed teams| coordinating development| testing| architecture| infrastructure| security| DevOps| and business stakeholders.
- Own program governance and executive reporting| presenting health| risks| issues| and mitigation plans to senior leadership and steering committees.
- Control program financials| including estimation| budgeting| forecasting| cost tracking| and variance management for multi million dollar initiatives.
- Support Waterfall and Agile delivery models| integrating SDLC| sprint planning| release management| and production readiness."
Pay: $60.00-$155,605.80 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (Toronto District)
