PartsEngine is one of Canada's leading online retailers of automotive, truck, RV, powersports, and outdoor products. We're looking for a motivated, bilingual (English/French) Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing team in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
This is an onsite position with opportunities for career growth within a fast-paced and expanding company.
If you know the difference between a +35 and a -12 wheel offset without Googling it, and can confidently explain it in both English and French, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers by phone and email with product selection and technical inquiries
- Respond to customer inquiries through our ticketing system
- Recommend the right tires, wheels, truck accessories, powersports, RV, and outdoor products based on customer needs
- Verify vehicle fitment and recommend suitable alternatives when required
- Follow up with manufacturers and suppliers regarding product availability and order status
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Administration, Operations, and vendor partners
- Process orders accurately while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and effective problem-solving
- Escalate issues appropriately when necessary
- Contribute ideas that improve workflows, customer experience, and team efficiency
- Support the Operations team when required
What We're Looking For:
Required
- Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
- Working knowledge of tire and wheel fitment for cars, SUVs, trucks, or powersports vehicles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable using computers and multiple software platforms
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Preferred
- Experience in automotive sales or customer service
- Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry
- Experience with truck accessories, off-road products, RV, marine, or powersports products
- Enthusiasm for automotive performance, customization, or motorsports

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)
- Rotational weekend shifts (approximately two days per month)
Work Location
Richmond Hill, Ontario
This is a full-time onsite position. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Richmond Hill or relocate prior to their start date.
