REQUIREMENTS
-Foreman experience leading 3 or more person crew.
-Previous skilled labour experience in construction, maintenance, and/or design.
-MUST have small machine operators experience ie. skid steer, mini excavator, etc.
-Experience in hardscaping ie. patio/retaining wall base prep and construction.
-General knowledge of plant material and softscaping.
-People skills.
-General knowledge of small engine operation and repair.
-Class 5 driver’s license.
PREFERRED BUT NOT MANDATORY
-Post secondary landscape education ie. Horticulture Tech., Landscape Design, etc.
-Skid steer certification.
-Health and safety training.

This is a year round position. Lucid transitions in snow removal in the winter with a guaranteed miI’m salary of 50 hours biweekly and paid any hours worked past that.
