Furbaby Pet Care is a busy 24/7 Pet Daycare, looking for the ideal candidate to help manage a team of approximately 30 employees.
Team Supervisor
Supervisor is responsible for supervising animal care in the daycare, lodging and grooming sections and administrative duties in support of these functions. Additionally, they are responsible for supervising the Counselors and ensuring the maintenance and cleaning of the pet care centre. This position reports to the General Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help manage the team and provide direction and support to all employees.
- Assist in training new team members, being the main contact for all questions and supervision of the team.
- Lead and supervise the day to day operations.
- Oversee team members, ensuring team members are on schedule and completing their shifts on time.
- Provide feedback to team members about performance, attendance, and other issues that may arise.
- Ensuring safety by reviewing work processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Help train new team members on safety procedures and work processes.
- Help train new team members on how to perform tasks safely in the workplace.
- Help maintain a clean and organized environment at all locations by cleaning at each location and picking up trash at each location as needed.
- Be available for last minute needs of the team or the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Prior experience as a Supervisor
