We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests. This position requires a passion for food service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is required.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in cashiering, including experience with POS systems is beneficial.
- Basic food preparation skills like cutting , chopping & portioning is required.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
