Position: We are currently seeking a Quality Tester
- $18.50-$21.00 per hour

Responsibilities will include:
- Receives directions and information from Team Leader and Production Manager on policies relating to the quality requirements and output required by the Inspection & Test department.
- Follow approved policies, procedures, and plans to achieve the high-quality efficient outputs of the Inspection & Test department.
- Recommend potential areas of improvement in throughput and/or quality utilizing current and new systems.
- Always strive to achieve the highest level of quality attainable.
- Follow IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard guidelines to maintain quality control.
- Follow Customer drawings, workmanship standards and guidelines to ensure every product build meets specifications.
- Compile data as required to report production, test and quality information (Red Tags, Inspection and Test red tag report.)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, basic math skills and demonstrated ability to read and write English
- 1-2 years of experience in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
- Previous experience in the Electrical Manufacturing industry preferred
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control will be an asset
- Knowledge in Quality Management System – ISO 9001:2015/ TS 16949/QS 9000 or equivalent.
- Strong problem solver.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical standards.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances, statistics, and measurement techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner.
