We are currently seeking an Office Administrator. This is a Part-time position based in our Richmond office.
Responsibilities:
Perform general office administration tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing, and order office supplies.
Assisting & Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, payment processing, and bank reconciliation (training provided).
Organizing and filing documents (physical and digital files)
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
2 to 5 years of experience in office administration / or bookkeeping role.
Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in using Quickbooks and MS Office applications.
Strong written and verbal English language communication skill.
Positive, enthusiastic, and ability to work well independently.
Valid BC Drivers licenses.

Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
