Responsibilities
· Complete maintenance and service calls
· Anticipate requirements for the day (prepare self & truck quickly and thoroughly in the morning)
· Keep self, truck, and equipment neat and clean at all times
· Adhere to proper procedures in the use of the work order app
· Assist in installing equipment accurately and with quality results
· Attend training classes and training seminars to keep expertise upgraded in the field
· Follow through on job issues or complications
· Potentially help with installs: Rooftop Units, Make Up Air units, Boilers, Unit heaters, High Rise heat pumps, Heat pumps (ducted and ductless), Boilers, Unit heaters, Humidifiers, Water heaters, etc.
Qualifications
· Excellent mechanical ability
· G2 Gas Technician License (G1 or 313A/313D is an asset)
· Ability to represent Advanced HVAC in a professional manner with customers, vendors, team, and the general public
· Work well under pressure
· Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
· Must have required tools
· Ability to handle challenging customer issues
· Adaptability—able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
· Effective communicator – works well with different customer and office personnel personality styles
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$55.00 per hour
