Job Overview

Duties
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including handling food items safely and following hygiene standards
- Support the kitchen staff by organizing and restocking supplies during shifts
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Assist with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas as required
Skills
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards
- Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is preferred
- Familiarity with food handling, preparation, and basic cooking techniques is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
