We’re looking for Campaign Outreach Representative who have a positive mindset, motivated, and ready to create meaningful change. In this role, you will engage with the public and represent some of the most trusted non-profits in Canada.
We provide full paid training and a fun, supportive team environment where your effort truly pays off. Your hard work is rewarded with the opportunity to grow and succeed - and you’ll have the ability to control your own income, earning $700–$1,200 or more per week!
In this role, you’ll also develop transferable skills that will benefit you throughout your career - including communication, leadership, public speaking, teamwork, and confidence-building.
Responsibilities:
1. Represent partner charities with passion, professionalism, and integrity
2. Engage in one-on-one conversations to inspire monthly giving
3. Build positive connections within your community
4. Meet and exceed daily and weekly fundraising goals
5. Participate in team meetings and ongoing coaching
Requirements:
1. Good communication and people skills
2. Positive, mindset, and friendly personality
3. Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with people
4. Previous fundraising or sales experience is an asset (but not required!)

Pay: $700.00-$1,200.00 per week
