Here at Modern PURAIR® Nanaimo we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, individuals to join our Technician Team as a part time, on call air quality assistant. We offer great pay and a fun, supportive work environment. We are currently accepting part time, on call applications. Experience in HVAC Cleaning is not required to apply for this job position but is a great asset. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Air Quality Technicians in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Cleaning for our Residential and Commercial Client base.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Following the PURAIR Way (our proven systems/procedures for being successful)
- Showing up to work on-time in your clean, company provided uniform
- Take direction from on site technician
A successful candidate will:

- Experience with the following is preferred, but not required:
- Basic Tools (Drill, Tin Snips, pliers)
- Ariel Work Platforms (Articulating Boom lifts, Scissor Lifts)
- Ladders
- HVAC systems
A PURAIR Indoor Air Quality Technician can expect:
- To start at a "General Labourer assistant" wage of $19.00/hour

Must be willing to work days, evenings and weekend shifts as work permits.
