Draft Beer Service Technician (Part-Time)
Craft and Draft Dispensing Solutions is seeking a reliable and motivated Draft Beer Service Technician to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while representing our company at customer locations throughout Toronto and the GTA.
Position Details
- Part-time position, typically 2–3 days per week
- Service routes throughout Toronto and North York
- Typical workday is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Occasional early starts as early as 7:00 AM may be required
- Candidates must be available to work during these hours
- Transportation costs between customer locations are covered by the company
Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00/hour during training and 3-month probation
- $22.00/hour after successful completion of probation and demonstrated ability to work independently
- Annual performance bonus equivalent to two weeks of pay after one year at the $22.00/hour rate
- 4% vacation pay
- Statutory holiday pay in accordance with Ontario employment standards
- Employer CPP contributions
- Employer EI contributions
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain draft beer systems
- Complete service reports and checklists using company software
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Troubleshoot basic draft beer system issues
- Assist with installations, repairs, and maintenance when required
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Able to work independently after training
- Comfortable working in environments where alcohol is served, including bars, restaurants, breweries, and hospitality venues
- Able to carry equipment weighing approximately 25–30 lbs
- Comfortable walking and travelling between locations using public transit
- Flexible and able to travel throughout Toronto and surrounding areas
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a brewery, bar, restaurant, taproom, or hospitality environment is highly preferred
- Experience working with draft beer systems is an asset
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
