Job Title: Functional Test Lead
Location: Calgary (100% Onsite)

Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on Manual Testing Experience
- Experience in preparing Test Strategy, Test Plans
- Design and execute test cases.
- Execute test cases interpret test results, and identify & document encountered defects.
- Onsite and Offshore coordination
- Familiarity with QTest, ALM, JIRA tools for requirements, test, and issue tracking (e.g. Helix, Rational)
- Analyze and review product specifications to ensure testability
- Work closely with other testers and developers to coordinate testing efforts and to resolve issues.
- Experience working in an Agile team
- Hands-on experience with RDBMS (SQL or Oracle)
- Good communication skills, including experience writing technical documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Experience on Railway domain will be value added
- Experience on railway domain will be value add
- Experience on API or EDI is value add
- Need to work from Calgary Office CANADA for 5 days
