We are looking for a Rentals Coordinator to come and join our team in Calagry. You should have a few years of rental experience, specifically in the areas of Aerial equipment, excavators, Compaction. This position is Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Service team to understand client requirements and recommend suitable equipment.
- Develop and manage comprehensive logistical plans, including delivery, setup, and pickup schedules.
- Coordinate transportation and ensure timely delivery and retrieval of equipment.
- Maintain a master schedule for all logistical activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of rental inventory, ensuring equipment is in good working condition.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues related to equipment, billing, or logistics, ensuring satisfaction.
- Generate and manage rental agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly outlined.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rental transactions and customer information.
- Identify upselling opportunities and suggest additional equipment or services to clients.
- Promote and sell rental equipment to prospective customers, following up on leads and building relationships.
- Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and logistics, to ensure seamless rental operations.
- Provide support to all team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of successful heavy equipment rental experience in preferred
- Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office products
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication
- Effective negotiation abilities and top-notch customer service aptitude
- Keen attention to particulars
- Capability to handle multiple tasks, arrange, and rank tasks by importance
- Experience with Point-of-rentals in a Bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
