We are seeking a friendly and professional Cashier/Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer experiences, managing transactions accurately. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist when needed.
- Manage money efficiently to process transactions, including cash handling and card payments
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store merchandise to assist customers effectively
- Manage customer inquiries both in person and over the phone with professionalism and clear communication
- Ensure the area is organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills are essential
- Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced setting
Pay: $17.20-$28.85 per hour
