Cozy Nest Care Home is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, you will provide exceptional customer service while supporting front desk operations, admissions, and resident services.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages.
- Manage daily front desk operations, including mail, filing, scheduling, and general administrative support.
- Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and family onboarding.
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate resident records and healthcare documentation.
- Assist with chart management and coordinate with nursing and other departments to support resident care.
- Operate standard office equipment and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of administrative or reception experience, preferably in a healthcare, medical office, or long-term care setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
