Minutes Solutions Inc. is looking for a full-time admin assistant. This is for a remote position. The work can all be done from your home.
Minutes Solutions is a professional 3rd party minute taking company. We specialize in providing professionally trained minute takers to company meetings. The admin assistant position we are hiring for requires candidates to help with scheduling our minute takers for meetings (via email, phone, text), communicating with our operations team, amending sets of minutes, distributing and filing meeting packages, and other general admin tasks. Training will be provided. We are looking for candidates who can work roughly 40+ hours per week and are available, between the hours of 5 pm to 7:30 pm (EST), Mon – Thurs. The remaining hours are semi-flexible and will need to be completed between regular EST working hours.

Excellent command of the English language
Strong writing and grammar skills
Proficient with MS word, Excel, OneDrive, Outlook
Keen attention to detail and formatting
Punctual and organized
Good communication skills and prompt response time
