Duties
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.
- Assist with food handling tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff with basic food preparation or ingredient setup.
- Organize clean dishes and kitchenware for easy access by chefs and serving staff to streamline service flow.
- Follow sanitation procedures diligently to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Support the overall cleanliness of the dining area by assisting with trash removal and general tidying when required.

Qualifications
