Position Overview
We’re looking for a Delivery Driver who takes pride in punctuality, professionalism, and client care. You’ll deliver and pick up medical equipment, assist with setup, and ensure each client’s experience reflects Scooter City’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely deliver and pick up mobility and medical equipment across the Lower Mainland
- Perform basic setup, testing, and client orientation for delivered items
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and client documentation
- Inspect and clean returned equipment following infection‑control protocols
- Communicate professionally with clients, care facilities, and office staff
- Support warehouse operations and inventory management when needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and clean driving record
- Strong customer‑service and communication skills
- Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) safely
- Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented
- Experience in medical equipment delivery or home‑care services is an asset
- Knowledge of the Lower Mainland routes preferred
