Summary
We are seeking two dedicated Crew Members to join our passionate team. One must be willing and able to service our growing client population in the Mulmur/Melancthon cathcment, and the other further south in our Orangeveille/Caledon catchment. In this role, you will contribute to creating stunning outdoor environments by assisting with garden care and maintenance tasks, supporting our company's mission to nurture healthy and vibrant gardens.
Responsibilities
- Assist with garden planting, pruning, and weeding to ensure healthy plant growth.
- Operate hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain landscape features, including flower beds and annual planters.
- Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines in all tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily maintenance schedules.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience or interest in gardening or horticulture.
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems is preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weights.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
