The Monterey Vision Centre is a longstanding optical practice based in North East Calgary. We are a family-owned practice, passionately providing exceptional optometric/optical services to other families in and out of our community!
Who we are looking for
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and driven individual to join our team! Because of the demographic we serve, it is highly preferable that our ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
Our ideal candidate will be:

Experience in the optical field is not required but a customer service background is preferred.
What your responsibilities will be
· Greeting & checking in patients.
· Scheduling appointments.
· Direct billing insurance.
· Data entry.
· Managing documents.
· Assisting with frame/sunglasses selection.

We are looking for candidates who can ideally work between Tuesday to Friday until 7pm and Saturday until 5pm. You will receive paid training.
