Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Repair: Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures on molding machines.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Inspect machinery routinely, change seals, rebuild pumps, and complete scheduled servicing to stop breakdowns.
- Automation Troubleshooting: Work with robots, hot runner controls, and basic Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Documentation: Record maintenance logs, track spare parts inventory, and report equipment status across shifts.
Job Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Knowledge: Strong background in industrial mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and low voltage electrical systems.
- Experience: Hands-on manufacturing experience working directly with plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Safety Mindset: Strict adherence to lockout/tagout (LOTO) and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols.
- Physical Ability: Capability to stand for long shifts, use hand tools, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience: Fanuc Robotshot, JSW, Nissei injection molding machines and ABB, Wittmann robots are preferred.
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
