**Setting:** Private Residence
**Location:** [Mississauga, Highway 10 and Eglinton]
**Compensation:** $23 per hour
**Hours:** 40 hours per week (fragmented shifts)
We are seeking a **reliable, flexible, and caring** individual to provide live-in support for a disabled man in a private residence. This is a permanent full-time position in a respectful and compassionate home environment.
### Schedule:
- **Morning Shift:** 3.5 hours (8:30 AM – 12:00 PM)
- **Evening Shift:** 3 hours (3:30 PM – 6:30 PM)
- **Night Shift:** 1.5 hours (8:30 PM – 10:00 PM)
**Important:** Applicants must be comfortable with fragmented shifts and live-in arrangements in a private home.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with feeding
- Provide personal care, including bathing and personal hygiene
- Laundry (clothing and household linens)
- Assist with regular exercise
### Requirements:
- Vulnerable Sector Security Check (required)
- Ability to read and write English fluently
- six-month caregiving experience
- Comfortable with live-in position and split shifts
