We are seeking a highly knowledgeable, dedicated, and professional Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our immigration department. The successful candidate will guide clients through the Canadian immigration process, provide reliable advice on available immigration pathways, and ensure that all applications comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The RCIC will serve as a trusted advisor, manage complex files, and represent clients' interests with professionalism, integrity, and careful attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive immigration advice and consultations regarding various Canadian immigration programs and pathways.
- Assess clients' circumstances and determine their eligibility for appropriate immigration programs.
- Advise clients regarding their available options, eligibility requirements, potential risks, and possible application outcomes.
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate and complete immigration applications and supporting documents in accordance with IRCC requirements.
- Manage immigration files from the initial consultation through submission and final decision.
- Maintain organized, detailed, and up-to-date case files and records of all client communications, documents, deadlines, and submissions.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, government departments, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor application progress and provide clients with timely updates throughout the process.
- Stay informed of changes to Canadian immigration legislation, regulations, policies, programs, and procedures.
- Advocate for clients' interests while complying with all professional, ethical, and regulatory obligations.
- Manage multiple active files simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
- Proven experience and strong knowledge of Canadian immigration legislation, policies, programs, and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of immigration matters, including Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, family sponsorship, work permits, study permits, and refugee claims.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex legal and immigration matters clearly.
- Exceptional organizational and file-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to preparing complete and accurate applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple files and priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to protecting client confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and immigration case-management software is preferred.
- Fluency in Farsi is not mandatory but will be considered an asset.
- An IRB licence is not required but will be considered an asset.
