- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals across Northern Alberta to achieve revenue, margin, and customer retention targets
- Set clear expectations aligned with ATS Traffic’s sales framework, including account segmentation and strategic account planning
- Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions focused on value‑based selling and solution alignment
- Ensure all sales staff complete required training, certifications, and compliance requirements supported through UKG and internal systems
- Grow and protect key municipal, contractor, and infrastructure accounts across Northern Alberta
- Identify new growth opportunities across traffic control services, signage, ITS, and road safety infrastructure
- Lead strategic customer meetings, discovery sessions, and proposal presentations
- Partner with Operations to ensure solutions are executable, compliant, and profitable
- Own regional sales performance, including revenue growth, margin performance, and cost‑to‑serve discipline
- Use CRM, Power BI, and internal reporting tools to monitor pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and customer trends
Collaborate with senior leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Experience in traffic control, road safety, construction services, or municipal procurement
- Familiarity with large RFPs, contract pricing, and long‑cycle sales
- Experience leading geographically distributed sales teams
