Pet Business Outreach / Sales Representative

PawPoint is looking for a motivated, friendly, and outgoing person to help introduce our Wellness Passport platform to local pet businesses in Richmond, Vancouver, and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, speaking with business owners, and helping grow a new pet wellness platform.
Responsibilities
As a Pet Business Outreach / Sales Representative, you will:
- Contact local grooming salons, pet shops, pet daycare centres, veterinary clinics, and other pet-related businesses
- Reach out through Instagram, Facebook, email, phone, and in-person visits
- Arrange meetings and product demonstrations
- Introduce business owners to the PawPoint Wellness Passport platform
- Collect feedback from potential customers and partners
- Help identify pilot partners and early business users
- Maintain organized records of outreach activity and follow-ups
Requirements
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
- Comfortable communicating with business owners
- Friendly, proactive, and organized
- Confident using Instagram, Facebook, email, and phone for outreach
- Able to work independently and follow up consistently
- Experience in sales, outreach, customer service, retail, or the pet industry is an asset
- Interest in pets, pet wellness, or local small businesses is preferred
