Compensation & Hours:
- The rate of pay will be based on experience and industry standards
- Monday through Friday, daytime hours
Position Summary:
- Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards
- Foster a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry best practices
- Coordinate and supervise employees, subcontractors, and trades on site
- Maintain exceptional workmanship standards through regular site inspections and proactive problem-solving
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs, and site instructions to keep projects moving efficiently
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, safety records, and site logs
- Identify and resolve project challenges while keeping safety, quality, and client satisfaction at the forefront
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in commercial construction
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple site activities simultaneously
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and quality control processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment
Bonus Points For:
- Journeyman Carpenter or Ironworker
- Proficiency with construction management and project scheduling software
- Health and safety certifications, including OSHA 30, CSTS, or equivalent training
- Experience delivering projects that prioritize both exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction
