Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions clearly and confidently
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and manage cash handling procedures
- Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales goals
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed promptly during shifts
Skills
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory counts
- Excellent organizational skills to keep the store tidy and well-stocked
- Customer service experience with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences
- Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, and retail operations is advantageous
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
