Your day will look like this:

Perform repairs on audiovisual equipment.

Communicate with manufacturers.

Research price and availability of parts as needed.

Provide an estimate of parts and time required for repairs.

Order replacement parts.

Provide technical support to customers and colleagues.

Document work performed in our CRM.

Write reports on the completion of work.

Update internal documentation, in accordance with the modifications made.

Follow up on ongoing repairs.

Collaborate with the various stakeholders to ensure the best possible customer service.
