About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our growing telecom team. This role combines administrative support with customer service and sales assistance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable using technology, good knowledge of MS Excel and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally, respond to inquiries, recommend telecom solutions, and close sales.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, follow-up activities, and online research.
- Process telecom orders using online portals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers regarding products, services, and pending orders while supporting the sales team by nurturing leads and closing sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and order information in Salesforce and other company databases, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all records.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and other administrative records as required.
- Perform general office administrative duties and support day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or sales support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, and data management).
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is an asset but not required.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
