WQS Non-Destructive Testing Inc. (WQS NDT) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SNT Administrator to support our NDT team. This role is responsible for coordinating inspection documentation, equipment tracking, and administrative processes to ensure projects are completed efficiently and in compliance with client and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain inspection documentation, reports, and quality records.
- Prepare inspection packages, paperwork, and supporting documentation for field personnel.
- Ensure appropriate documentation and project-specific requirements prior to mobilization.
- Assist with scheduling inspections and coordinating resources with operations and field personnel.
- Maintain electronic filing systems in accordance with company quality standards.
- Support project closeout by ensuring all required documentation is complete and submitted on time.
- Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding documentation requests and project status.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the NDT department.
Qualifications
- While technical certifications are not required, experience with or a general understanding of NDT methodologies, inspection processes, or quality documentation is considered an asset but is not required.
- Previous administrative or coordination experience, preferably in an industrial, construction, or technical environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Valid driver's license is considered an asset.
