Casual Retail Sales Associate

The Position: We are looking for engaged, energetic, customer service oriented sales people to work at our retail locations. Customer experience and Service Excellence is what
we do. Our sales team is passionate about retail focusing on customer service to help customer’s discover the ideal products to fit the occasion. Our “Service Excellence training is provided with on-going coaching support through the retail team. Our teams love people, love working with people and love providing exceptional service to people. Don't have beverage alcohol experience? Don't Sweat it. We will provide you with all the necessary training and support to be successful. Our focus is on talented individuals who have a desire to deliver the B.E.S.T. customer experience in our stores.

The Requirements:
1 year of customer service experience
Completed high school or GED. Additional education, such as university or community college may be considered an asset.
19 years of age or older Without Conflict of interest – ANBL is unable to employ those who concurrently work at a licensed establishment (for example: bar, restaurant etc.).
Ability to perform the physical component of the role consistently throughout their scheduled shift including: lifting 35-40 lbs, moving stock, unloading trucks
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
Ability to speak in both official languages is an asset
Candidates selected to compete for this position will be subject to a competency based selection process and will be required to complete various selection assessments to a standard
acceptable to ANBL.

Salary: Alcool NB Liquor offers a competitive hourly rate, challenging and rewarding work environment and excellent growth opportunities. $16.78 per hour all inclusive rate that includes 4% vacation pay and 4% paid public holiday pay.
