Century Wellness is looking for a warm, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team at our Calgary NW location.
We are a multidisciplinary wellness and healthcare centre committed to providing exceptional care and an outstanding client experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, and can confidently manage a busy front desk.
The Position
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will play an important role in ensuring that every client feels welcomed, cared for, and well looked after from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients in a warm, professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Check clients in and out and process payments
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Manage emails, messages, and other front-desk communications
- Coordinate schedules with practitioners and treatment providers
- Process insurance claims and/or direct billing when applicable
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with administrative and clerical duties
- Follow clinic policies regarding privacy and confidentiality
- Provide information about our wellness, aesthetic, and healthcare services
- Support the team with day-to-day clinic operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a positive client experience

- Comfortable handling confidential client information
- Previous experience in a medical, wellness, aesthetic, dental, chiropractic, or healthcare setting is an asset

Pay: $18.00-$24.05 per hour
