Pink Paloma Wellness Clinic is a holistic skincare studio and functional wellness practice opening fall 2026 in Okotoks, blending functional skin health with results-driven treatments. We're looking for a certified esthetician who's as passionate about understanding why skin issues show up as they are about treating them.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Perform customized facial treatments and other esthetic services using Eminence products.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations, analyses, and recommend treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
- Educate clients on skin health, treatment plans, and home care routines to support long-term results.
- Recommend retail products confidently and authentically to support client outcomes.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing experience for every client visit.
- Maintain treatment rooms and spa spaces according to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Support opening and closing spa duties, including restocking products and maintaining a clean environment.
- Build strong client relationships that encourage retention and trust.
- Work collaboratively with the spa team to maintain a supportive and positive atmosphere.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or certification from a recognized Esthetics program (new graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong knowledge of skin care products, ingredients, and treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced spa environment while maintaining a calm client experience.
- Sales confidence with a consultative, client-first approach.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Training or certification in chemical peels, microneedling, or LED therapy.
- Comfort on camera (we create educational and behind-the-scenes content for Instagram).
Compensation is based on a revenue-share structure for services provided and starting split is based on experience with room to grow.
Pay: $50.00-$100.00 per hour
