The Role:

We’re looking for a Customer Service & Sales Executive (Medical) to join our growing team. This role bridges sales operations and customer service efforts to ensure smooth customer engagement and business growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer customer inquiries with professionalism and flair
- Reach out to new clients
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability
- Assist with marketing materials and social media content
- Travel across Canada for tri-annual tradeshows
- Stay up-to-date on our products and the latest in medical aesthetics
Who You Are:
- Experienced in sales and marketing (bonus if you’ve worked in medical aesthetics)
- Bilingual: French & English
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with computers; experience with CIN7, Shopify, Photoshop, Gmail, and/or Canva is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a natural problem-solver
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excited about travel within Canada
- Willing to work Monday-Friday in person 9am-5pm
