STRIVE Support Services is seeking patient, compassionate, and dedicated Community and Residential Support Workers to support individuals with diverse abilities. Part‑time positions: Up to 20 hours with possibility of increase over time.
Pay: $27.00 per hour to start

Requirements:
- First Aid/CPR
- Clear Criminal Record Check
- Clear Driver's Abstract
- Reliable vehicle to transport supported individuals during the shift, as they take part in activities within the community.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and needs
Duties may include:
- Personal care
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders or administration
- Food preparation
- Shopping
- Transportation to appointments
- Assistance with accessing the community
- Recreational activities
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Monitoring and reporting changes in condition or behavior
- Following care plans and ensuring individual needs are met
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members
