Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a skilled crew throughout all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed to exacting standards.
- Utilize problem-solving abilities and proactive planning to effectively manage workflow and overcome obstacles.
- Demonstrate expertise in modern building techniques and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in foundation-to-finish construction, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to plan and execute projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are mandatory.
