Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and positive individual to join our team as a Material Handler/Warehouse Operator. In this role, you will promote North American Stainless Canada Inc.’s success by ensuring we consistently meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. You will work in a fast-paced environment that values flexibility, teamwork, and proactive communication.
Essential Job Functions
- Collaborate with Crane/Forklift Operators to ensure all load bills are accurately picked, staged, and audited.
- Prepare and print all required shipping documentation.
- Coordinate loading and offloading by assigning drivers to specific pickup bays.
- Confirm packing lists in the AS400 system upon completion of outbound loads for sales review.
- Ensure the timely and accurate receipt of inventory into the warehouse system.
- Maintain accurate inventory location and labeling.
- Ensure all inventory is shipped according to customer requirements and on schedule.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and responsible work environment, strictly adhering to all company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned and report directly to the Warehouse Group Leader.

- The employee is frequently required to make use of their hands for technical tasks
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Visual ability with or without correction
Minimum Education, Skills, and Experience
· High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proven ability to multitask
· Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and Google Workspace

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
