Job Summary

Duties
- Assist customers in selecting automotive parts and accessories that meet their needs
- Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments
- Provide detailed product information and technical advice on automotive repair and maintenance
- Maintain organized inventory records and ensure proper order fulfillment
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication
- Support marketing initiatives to promote new products and special offers
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Requirements
- Proven experience in dealership sales, retail sales, or automotive parts sales preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, CMMS, Microsoft Excel, and order fulfillment processes
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and negotiation abilities
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and parts is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management
- Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong math skills for order processing and pricing calculations
