What This Role Actually Is
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing Qterra's presence within your assigned territory by developing relationships with real estate professionals, investors, landlords, builders, and other referral partners.
Your focus is on generating new business, expanding our client network, and representing Qterra as the trusted property management partner. You'll spend most of your time in the field, meeting clients, networking, prospecting, and building long-term relationships that drive business growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and manage an assigned sales territory.
- Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and community events.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, property investors, Realtors, mortgage brokers, builders, and other strategic partners.
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to introduce Qterra's property management, leasing, and maintenance services.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and business development targets.
- Represent Qterra professionally at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities within the CRM.
- Collaborate with the operations and leasing teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
